Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using ReU-Hub.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using ReU-Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. ReU-Hub is provided exclusively for the use of current Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) students.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use ReU-Hub for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Posting fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
- Selling or renting illegal items, weapons, or substances.
- Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior towards other users.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's systems or security.
3. Transactions & Liability
ReU-Hub acts solely as a venue to connect buyers, sellers, and renters. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any of the items listed on the platform. All transactions are conducted at your own risk. ReU-Hub is not liable for any financial loss, property damage, or disputes arising from transactions made through the platform.
4. Rental Agreements & Security Deposits
For rental transactions, it is the responsibility of the involved parties to agree upon the rental duration, price, and security deposit. Any disputes regarding damaged items, late returns, or withheld deposits must be resolved between the users. However, users violating fair practices may be suspended or banned by administration.
5. Account Termination
Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms of Service or for any behavior deemed harmful to the ReU-Hub community.
